Offset Digital is my SEO and web design company in Summerville, SC. I help Lowcountry small businesses show up on Google and turn that into phone calls. When you hire Offset Digital, you get me: the person doing the audit, the work and the reporting.
Why I started Offset Digital
In October 2023, I was let go from my job to cut costs. My SEO department was doing well: new clients coming in, strong results, great reviews. It still came down to numbers.
That stung. It also made me think hard about how much I'd invested in getting good at this, and how little control I had over where it went. I didn't want to be in that spot again.
So I took it into my own hands and started Offset Digital. Welcome to the website. If you need help with SEO or your website, reach out. I'd be glad to help.

Where I've been and what I've done

Graduated with a dual major in Marketing and Graphic Design. Interned at Jeff Cook Real Estate while in school.
Jeff Cook Real Estate
Promoted to Creative and Art Director after graduating. Built and ran the websites, ad campaigns, lead routing and SEO reporting.
MediaBeast Marketing
Joined in March 2021 as SEO Manager. Built SEO strategies for more than 30 clients and ran monthly audits across the portfolio.

Jeff Cook Real Estate
At Jeff Cook Real Estate, I came up with new ideas, systems, websites and brand assets. I managed ad campaign timelines, built and maintained every website, handled lead routing across all the companies, and put together monthly and quarterly reports on lead sources and SEO traffic. I also ran the creative meetings, managed design resources and negotiated advertising.
One of my biggest projects was a full rebrand of Jeff Cook Real Estate. I also helped build new brands under Jeff Cook Enterprises, including Rent Holy City, Titan Home Buyers, Southeastern Title Company, Charleston Real Estate School, Jeff Cook Offers, South Carolina Land Trust, Jeff Cook Luxury Homes and Jeff Cook Cares.
MediaBeast Marketing Group
In March 2021, I joined MediaBeast Marketing Group as SEO Manager and Executive Assistant. As part of the agency, I worked on SEO for Charleston brands including Leisure Depot, ServiceMaster, SwampFox Agency Insurance, Jeff Cook Real Estate, Charleston Radio Group, Holy City HVAC and Peter David Brown Accident Attorneys. These were MediaBeast clients, not Offset Digital clients.
I built SEO strategies for more than 30 clients, ran monthly SEO audits across that portfolio, built and optimized websites, and used tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and Semrush to find what to fix next.

I'm a gamer, I love backpacking, and I drink way too many Monster Zeros. I'm married to the most beautiful woman on the planet, and in April 2026 we welcomed our baby boy. So if I reply to your email at 3 a.m., now you know why.

Car Keys To Go, South Carolina
From about 15 leads a month to 60 to 80 within the first year
Rock Hill keywords moved from pages 2 and 3 up to positions 2 and 3 on page 1.
Car Keys To Go was on Wix, getting about 15 leads a month from the website with no idea where they came from. We rebuilt the site, set up tracking and pushed local SEO in their target towns.
Lowcountry Crawl Spaces, Charleston area
80% more website leads in about 3 months
About 10 leads a month to about 18, with 13 Charleston-focused keywords moved onto page 1.
